Lotus WHITEGLOW Skin Whitening Facial Foam Review

Lotus herbals has introduced new a range called "White Glow" and with a new packaging which is good...
This range consists of facial foam, scrub, serum, gel creme, face mask(masque), emulsion
and this time the entire list of ingredients has been given :)

So today i will review about the facial foam which i have been using for more than 3 weeks so here is my verdict ;)

Lotus Herbals 3-in-1 deep cleansing Skin Whitening Facial Foam
Price :Rs 95 for 50 gm

The Claim:

Deep Cleanses
Whitens
Blocks Melanin Production

What it contains ?

Active Ingredients: Milk Enzymes and Aloe vera gel
For other ingredients please see the image below

My Take:

I have used many of lotus products and am a happy customer when it comes to their tee tree face wash as well as Berry scrub and sun block, this made me try the white glow range..

This facial foam smells good and the consistency is not creamy but little runny white glossy liquid .Just like they have mixed aloe vera gel and milk.
I wont say that this facial foam lathers very well but it does lather good.
Its gives a refreshing, clean and an instant glow to the skin.

What I like ?
It gives instant glow to the skin
Doesn't dry the skin(I have an oily /combination skin)
Skin feels very soft and supple.
didn't cause any break out.

What i dont like ?
The instant glow fades after sometime
It did not remove my entire makeup...kajal was still there and it bured like hell when i tried to wash the kajal...:(
I am not sure about the melanin blocking part
It didn't whiten my face even after using it for 3 weeks
Though the new packaging is great I didn't like the nozzle and screw cap idea for a face wash.
Because of the huge nozzle and runny consistency of the face wash more quantity comes out and its getting wasted.I would have liked flip cap for this.

Can you see how much of face wash is stuck in the screw cap ?

So my overall verdit is this a good product that brightens the skin but sadly doesn't whitens. Not my HG face wash

Hope you liked this review...:)

Oriflame VeryMe Clickit Green Eyeliner - Review

Hi beauties here I am today to review the latest launch in the oriflame range.
Very me Clickit Eye Liner in Green
Since they introduced this very me Range in Feb month so this eyeliner was at an offer price of
Rs.99 for 3.5ml otherwise it is priced at Rs.159.

I always wanted to experiment with my eye makeup so when I saw this in the Feb month catalouge I was like I am buying this…then after a long struggle of seeing out of stock…finally laid my hands on
What it Claims ?

Give your eyes electrifying allure with high gloss eyeliner.combine it with clickit mascara for ultra glamour.
I applied it on my lower lash line…Trying to be different ;)
Kindly ignore my pathetic looking Eyebrows
Closer view of the liner

The Swatch

Ok I will directly come to pros and cons part …
Pros of green eyeliner:
• The Green color was very pretty and shimmery
• Color pay off is okayish
• It stayed for more than 6-7 hour even after rubbing my eyes etc…
• Comes off very easily with wet wipes.
• Price is worth it for the different color than the regular liners like
black or brown ones.

Cons of Oriflame veryme clickit green eyeliner
• Very small Applicator handle. found it very difficult to hold
• Applicator brush is very thin so double time applicaton is needed
• Not a transparent bottle so we will not know when it gets over.

TIP: Try it on Top of Black Eyeliner for a stunning look

So I am rating this product a 3/5 for poor brush and applicator handle and even as an oriflame consultant I found it very difficult to get this…out of stock.
Give it a try if there is an offer

Lakme -True Wear Nail Color - Review - Classics 9 JJ Vallaya

Since i have been collecting lota nalipolishes these days for trying out new nail designs...I laid my hands on few Lakme True Wear Nali Colors...
The one i am going to review today is from the Bridal Collection(Correct me if i am wrong)
Lakme has tied up with various top notch desigers to come up with beautiful colors

One such designer is JJ Vallaya

Price : Rs.90 for 9ml

So today i will review Classics 9 JJ Vallaya
This shade has jewel tone..that is it has pink, silver, coral shimmers.
This basically a coral shade which is on the darker side with pink and more of brown undertones.

Basically the shade is from the classics so you can wear it for some functions, festiv seasons

It did notleave any kind of streaks and once dried the finish was very smopth.but It chipped off by next day evening which i din't like

But i would say its a good shade and its suitable for all complexions ..so we can make it chip proof by applying top coat

Oriflame EyeLash Curler - Tutorial

Hi All,

This is my first post on a makeup Tool Eyelash Curler.

Seriously before coming into the blogging world i was totally unaware of such thing called an eyelash curler....yes i mean it...poor me :(

Even for my wedding makeup the Makeup artist i hired dint curl my lashes...I dont even remember her put on mascara...ok thats a different story altogether....

Now Coming to the EYELASH CURLER....I am not actually gifted with thick and beautiful lashes... i definetly need to use mascara to show that i too have Eyelashes....

After Seeing eyelash curler in IMBB i thought its hightime i buy this....and try to flaunt it by fluttering my eyes......

I recently became an oriflame consultant...so it has its own advantages i would say...the first and foremost is helping me in my impulsive shopping...buy things in discounts and moreover need not depend on anyone for placing orders and also help others in spending money....and
so in this month's catalouge eyelash curler is in offer...just Rs.99 ..so i got...how clever

Enough of my stories coming to the point...

Ok its damn easy to use....
Please follow the steps

1. Buy an eye lash curler

2.Clean your eyes , remove makeup

3.Now Open up the eyelash curler and slightly press it and see to that you dont hurt you upper lid's skin..

4. Now position it in such a way that your upperlid's lashes are placed in the rubber strip fitted
5.Now press and hold for 10 to 30 secs
6. Repeat if required
7. Apply mascara and your ready to go...

Hope this helps...
